Our Specialists

Our specialists—an accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist (OMDR) and experienced Homeopathic Consultant—bring decades of combined medical knowledge and clinical wisdom to Cone3D CBCT Imaging, precisely what today’s diagnostic landscape demands. The OMDR provides expert interpretation of CBCT, OPG and cephalometric images, translating complex 3D data into actionable insights for precise treatment planning, while the homeopathic consultant offers complementary holistic guidance for patient wellness and preventive care. This rare integration of cuttingedge imaging expertise with traditional holistic understanding ensures comprehensive, wellrounded support for both clinicians and patients seeking accurate diagnostics alongside thoughtful, individualized health management.

Our Team

We are supported by an able team of radiology technicians, phlebotomists and supporting staff who ensure that every scan and test is performed safely, accurately and with a strong focus on patient comfort and clear communication. From preparing patients and operating advanced imaging equipment to carefully collecting and handling pathology samples, this multidisciplinary team works in close coordination with our radiologists and clinicians to deliver reliable, timely and patient‑centric diagnostic care at Cone3D
Radiology

Radiology Technician

Our radiology technician and nursing team form the backbone of day‑to‑day patient care at Cone3D CBCT Imaging. Our radiology technician is trained to operate advanced CBCT, OPG and cephalometric equipment, accurately position patients, select appropriate exposure parameters and maintain strict radiation‑safety protocols so that every image is both high‑quality and low‑dose.

Nursing‑trained staff in radiology focus on patient comfort and safety—welcoming and preparing patients before scans, explaining procedures in simple language, monitoring their comfort during imaging and assisting with post‑scan guidance—particularly for children, elderly patients and those who are anxious or have special needs. Working closely with our radiologists and clinicians, this team ensures that each scan is not just technically precise, but delivered in a calm, reassuring environment that respects patient dignity and supports better diagnostic outcomes
Phlebo

Phelbotomist

Our in‑house phlebotomist is a crucial link between patients, the pathology lab and the clinical team, ensuring that every blood test at Cone3D—under our partnership with Lupin Diagnostics—is collected safely, gently and accurately. Trained in modern venipuncture techniques, infection control and sample handling, our phlebotomist verifies patient identity, reviews any relevant instructions (fasting, medication, timing), and explains each step of the procedure in simple, reassuring language before drawing the sample.

Special care is taken with children, elderly patients and those who are anxious or needle‑phobic, using a calm approach, careful positioning and minimal attempts to reduce discomfort and build trust in the process. Once collected, samples are promptly and correctly labeled, stored and handed over as per Lupin’s protocols, maintaining the cold chain and documentation so that laboratory results are accurate, traceable and clinically reliable for your treating doctor.
Phlebo

Phlebotomist

Our senior phlebotomist is a key pillar of the pathology services offered at Cone3D in partnership with Lupin Diagnostics, bringing both technical expertise and leadership to the collection process.

With advanced training and years of experience in venipuncture, infection control and sample logistics, the senior phlebotomist not only performs blood draws with exceptional care and precision, but also supervises protocols, mentors junior staff and standardizes procedures to ensure consistency across all patient interactions. From verifying patient identity and special instructions (fasting, timing, medications) to handling difficult veins, paediatric and geriatric cases, the senior phlebotomist focuses on minimizing discomfort and anxiety while maintaining strict hygiene and safety.

Every sample is correctly labeled, documented and handed over as per Lupin’s NABL‑aligned processes, so that reports generated are accurate, timely and fully dependable for clinical decision‑making by your treating doctor
